久しぶりに大阪のライティホールに戻り、三味線での２曲の演奏と唄の大会に参加することができることを、嬉しく思っています。今回は私の大好きな唄である宇和島さんさを唄い、また、成世昌平さんと他の３人の才能ある奏者の演奏に、私は三味線で参加させていただきます。いつもこちらのチラシの投稿が遅くなってしまうのですが、今回は、皆様に写真やビデオで大会の様子をお届けできたらと思っています。
約束をしました通り、こちらが大会の写真です。三味線を演奏していたために時間が取れずたくさんは撮れませんでしたが、是非ご覧下さい。
I like to think that I measure time by the number of singing concourses I attend each year. Due to COVID the number has been significantly reduced but I am happy to say that I will be singing again in . This time I will sing 宇和島さんさ one of my absolutely favorite songs (along with 尾鷲節 and 黒田節。 This song is also about Samurai.
Two swordsmen (one from Uwajima and Sendai) are going forward, together as both of them share the same family crest depicting bamboo and a swallow (bird). Each of the swordsmen have taken an oath to live together and die together (under any circumstances). When the taiko drum is played, the swordsmen can relax and sings songs together - as brothers. However, they forgot to bring an umbrella so they will be soaked on their long journey. By the way, the man from Uwajima has only one eye!
I’ll leave the rest of the song for the next competition as we are only given enough time to sing the first couple of verses. Wish me luck!
この度 民謡民舞西近畿連合大会に出場し、宇和島さんさを歌うことになりました。日時は令和４年２月６日(日)です。
多くの仲間達と競い合い、民謡の素晴らしさを共に味わうことが出来るこの機会に感謝したいと思います。結果にこだわらず、日々の練習を大切にし当日を迎えたいと思います。宜しくお願い致します。
